Merlin protect

Merlin® protect is our national network of dedicated IT professionals, who undertake maintenance work on our behalf to ensure that we have local support for our customers, wherever they may be. This ensures a level of breakdown cover second-to-none, giving customers 7 day protection and ensuring that, in the unlikely event of hardware failure, any down time is kept to an absolute minimum.

We have a Service Level Agreement that ensures cover from 6.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. Monday to Sunday with a guaranteed response to a call-out of 4 hours and a fix time of less than 2 hours.

Currently we have 44 service locations and are currently recruiting additional representation in a further 6 geographical regions.

Merlin® protect also offers training and sales support facilities in specific areas, ensuring that you are never far away from a service and support centre.
